Chapter 3-part b

          “How?” said Danah scared of what she may hear next. Her eyes moved in desperation until she saw a glass of white gas in one of the low shelves above the witch’s head. Somehow, she recognized this glass. She closed her eyes as the gas began to swirl.

          “Lend me your body. Help me… It will be perfect” said the witch. The gas turned dark blue (lying) and Danah was scared. “Let us be one, Danah. Join me.” The witch reached for Danah’s hand and Danah was startled. Immediately the gas turned blood red (killing intent). “Have you forgotten my control over you? I need you now” shouted the witch now holding Danah’s hand. At that instance, time seemed to stop. The glass suddenly hovered on top of the witch’s body unnoticed by both Danah and the witch.

          “No!!!” screamed Danah as the clocks began to move again. She pulled her hand unknowingly knocking out the glass which somehow got in the way of her hand, unknown to her if how it did. It shattered and the room was filled with warm light. The witch, still holding onto Danah’s arm, panicked as the gas and the light filled the room and overwhelmed her. Danah however remained motionless covering her eyes with her free hand. She suddenly felt pain from the area where her arm met the witch’s flesh. Pain caused her to fall on the ground and lose consciousness as the whole hut glowed effulgently. The storm passed and still the hut lay soundless. Neither Danah nor the witch walked out.

          Then Z woke up. “I… What…” He was sweating
